We are in-network with some commercial insurance plans. We highly encourage patients to check with your insurance plan prior to seeking services as some plans are considered narrow and may not be in network with our clinic.

We do not, however, accept Medical or Medicare at this time.

Copayments and deductibles will be due before services.

If our provider is out-of-network with your current insurance plan, we can provide you with a super bill to help with reimbursement.

Psychiatric evaluation (60-90 minutes) - $199

Follow- up medication management (20 minutes) $119

Individual therapy (45 minutes) $159

FMLA paperworks - $50

 If you are a cash paying patient without insurance, payments are due before your visit as well. Payment is expected 24 hours prior to service rendered.

Note: Fees may be subject to change periodically. A 30 day notice will be provided to alert you of any fee increase.

We accept payment in the forms of FSA, HSA, credit card.

Patients may receive an email either from Alma/Headway with regard to verification and payments. Alma/Headway is our billing system that our provider utilizes for receiving payments from patients and patients’ insurances. If you receive an email from Alma about a co-pay or payment owed, you can pay that directly online through Alma for your convenience.
